How to Nourish Your Wellbeing In Alignment With Fall
Woods Adisa | OCT 12, 2023

Does life feel more challenging as the season changes from summer to fall? Did the “life is life-ing” feeling set in about a month or so before the autumn equinox? Maybe the back-to-school frenzy marked your seasonal change if you’re a parent and/or a professional operating on a school year calendar.
Change can be challenging, but we don’t have to make it extra challenging.
How do we do that?
We find more ease in the challenges by connecting with and honoring our true nature, and we refuse to handle the change alone. We get support where we can.
How can we nourish our wellbeing as the seasons change? How can we connect with and honor our true nature?
The capitalistic cis-hetero patriarchal dominant culture wants us living like we have the same hours of daily summer sun 365 days of the year. Reality is that we don’t. Always going and doing is a way of functioning that is detrimental to our personal being, future generations, and our planet.
However, the natural world is always gently reminding us there is another way. Outer nature, the change of seasons, invites us to align and create a regenerative way of being for the present and future.
The shift from summer to fall encourages us to:
When we avoid doing that, that’s when change becomes challenging.
Change is in the air
How will you respond to it?Will you embrace it with ease? Or will you push/pull causing life to feel more challenging than it needs to?
Many of us (self included) know what that push/pull feels like.
If you’re curious about what embracing change with ease looks like and feels like, then I’d like to invite you to join me for “Flow With Fall”. The group experience begins Oct. 24th, and I have a few spots available for private 1:1 sessions.
As the air becomes more crisp, I’m wishing you mindful moments in and with nature.
Be dope. Be well.
