Does life feel more challenging as the season changes from summer to fall? Did the “life is life-ing” feeling set in about a month or so before the autumn equinox? Maybe the back-to-school frenzy marked your seasonal change if you’re a parent and/or a professional operating on a school year calendar.

Change can be challenging, but we don’t have to make it extra challenging.

How do we do that?

We find more ease in the challenges by connecting with and honoring our true nature, and we refuse to handle the change alone. We get support where we can.

How can we nourish our wellbeing as the seasons change? How can we connect with and honor our true nature?

  • Stay outside! If the temps are dropping in your corner of the world, layer up and find the beauty in the crisp air. If the cooler temps and your body are not friends, increase your intake of Vitamin D with nutrition and/or supplements.
  • Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate. Do you know you can drink lots of water and your body still doesn’t process it? Learn more HERE.
  • Practice self-compassion mindfulness, movement, + breathwork consistently.

I’d love to guide you in your practices as you navigate this season of change via “Flow With Fall: Align with your inner nature to awaken radical relaxation, emotional balance, and pure joy”.

The capitalistic cis-hetero patriarchal dominant culture wants us living like we have the same hours of daily summer sun 365 days of the year. Reality is that we don’t. Always going and doing is a way of functioning that is detrimental to our personal being, future generations, and our planet.

However, the natural world is always gently reminding us there is another way. Outer nature, the change of seasons, invites us to align and create a regenerative way of being for the present and future.

The shift from summer to fall encourages us to:

  • slow down
  • embrace change
  • rest more
  • pause + notice the changing colors of the leaves, and
  • tend to the changing colors of our inner nature.

When we avoid doing that, that’s when change becomes challenging.

Change is in the air

How will you respond to it?Will you embrace it with ease? Or will you push/pull causing life to feel more challenging than it needs to?

Many of us (self included) know what that push/pull feels like.

If you’re curious about what embracing change with ease looks like and feels like, then I’d like to invite you to join me for “Flow With Fall”. The group experience begins Oct. 24th, and I have a few spots available for private 1:1 sessions.

As the air becomes more crisp, I’m wishing you mindful moments in and with nature.

Be dope. Be well.

💚Woods

TL;DR

  • As the seasons change, change is in the air, and change can be challenging.
  • We can embrace the change with ease. Or we can push/pull adding layers of unnecessary challenge to the change.
  • If you’d like to embrace change with ease, prevent and/or manage chronic stress, embody inner ease, and/or elevate personal and collective wellbeing, join “Flow With Fall
