The learning + development trainings/retreats are intentionally designed for heart-centered, nature-based small businesses who are ready to better meet the needs of their diverse clientele, but want to learn more before making any big changes.

I create + facilitate equity, inclusion, justice, accessibility, + wellbeing (EIJAW) workshops/learning experiences for nature-based small businesses who host trainings, courses, + programs for others and are intentional about embedding social justice education into their trainings for their clients.

I thought that the schedule was optimal. Once a week sessions really gave time to let information sink inand reflect on how it has applies in one's life. Each session builds on the previous (in my mind at least), andI never felt like there was one that wasn't essential.
