Stress Relief for New Moon in Pisces

Excellent time for hammocking 😉 (but frfr, don’t do too much, chill TF out)

Set intentions and manifestations during this 3 day lunar phase; plant seeds (literally and/or metaphorically) for the future

Read up on one of yoga’s yamas: Aparigraha. Aparigraha is a sanskrit word, in a simplified translation, meaning non-possessiveness, non-attachment, non-greed, non-clinging, non-grasping, non-coveting; ultimately letting go. cue Badu’s Bag Lady

Combine desires for the future with aparigraha.

Get a blank sheet of paper.

Make a T-chart.

Label one side “I choose” and the other side “I let go”

Pack up your shit (see bullet points below). Head to a comfy spot in the natural world (try to make this an act full of ease).

Shit to pack (lol): items to help you be comfy, feel relaxed, inspired to create, and open to DREAMING.

Pull out your t-chart, and let the words flow.

Oftentimes it may seem like we can alleviate pain by adding and trying more and more things to do. Sometimes we have to let go and do less.
