- journal + pen/pencil
- yoga props: blocks, strap, bolster, pillows (optional)
- Blanket and/or jacket (optional, but highly recommended for comfort during savasana)
What to expect:An Elevate + Flow class is a three part experience:
- We begin with an opening ritual to intentionally elevate community and care for self, one another, the plant, and the space we’re in.
- We explore the synergistic nourishing powers of gentle elevated movement inviting deep relaxation, inner ease, and restorative rest.
- We hold space for integration of the experience through journaling, connecting with new friends, and enjoying light snacks/refreshments.
No yoga experience (physical or otherwise) necessary to participate. The physical demands and movement techniques are suitable for people who can sit for 15-20 minutes, get up and off the floor, move their spine in all directions, and be comfortable on hands and knees for a short period of time (with modifications if necessary). This is a CBD and THC friendly, trauma informed, body affirming, + equity-centered space.
