Elevate + Flow is more than "smoking oui'd and stretching".
Elevate + Flow is a mind, body, soul, and plant experience. It's a time to dive deep into the depths of your inner nature, and connect with your highest self. It's a time to uncover what you need. It's a time to explore what's just beneath the surface.
This 2 hr elevated mindful movement sesh is for:
beginners to yoga
experienced yoga practitioners
experienced friends of the flower
experienced friends of the flower new to elevating their yoga asana practice
lovers of neo-soul and R+B music
Items to bring with you:
Computer
Bring Your Own Flower (in preferred form of choice)
yoga mat (or a blanket, towel, carpet, etc)
water, tea, hydrating drink
candle (optional)
journal + pen/pencil
yoga props: blocks, strap, bolster, pillows (if you have them)
What to expect:
We will begin with intention setting, honoring yoga's roots, and communing with the plant.
Then we ease into a 90 min. gentle + soothing flow inviting deep relaxation, inner ease, and restorative rest
No yoga experience (physical or otherwise) necessary to participate. The physical demands and movement techniques are suitable for people who can sit for 15-20 minutes, get up and off the floor, move their spine in all directions, and be comfortable on hands and knees for a short period of time (with modifications if necessary).
It is CBD and/or THC friendly. Additionally, you can come for the vibes only. This is a trauma informed, body affirming, + equity-centered space that is constantly learning + growing.
Equity Tiered Pricing is available. I invite you to register at the level that honors self + community for YOU.
